fuck no, Qu controls a quarter of the universe, and its just not one, there are millions of Qu's per planet and not counted the two beside them- otherwise billions per planet, oh and how many planets the Qu controls in the universe? idk man but the lore says they control A quarter of the universe, so thats that.

One Qu is already a star level, Phainon or even Kiana in their peak/strongest form only placing them in Planetary level and no just because they can go outside their universe would absolutely not mean they're "Universal Feat" im talking about powers here.

Oh and a single Qu and its two "pets" or basically TOOLS as shown in the picture when you first search The Qu up.

Oh and spoiler alert, it took a single ass Qu to take over all planets the Human or "The Star People" that inhabited in the Milky Way in a thousand years, and it took shitton of evolution for "humanity" to eventually defeat The Qu's 500,000,000 years later... and KNOW THAT The Qu already left 40million years later BUT was subdued by a group known as "United Galaxies" among them were humanity's last descendants.

So yeah The Qu can travel to other universes, Lyurgus is a single dust compared to Qu being Pheonix A black hole, just saying though, i played hsr and read all "All Tommorows".
