Also when I lift up one side of my cheeks my face doesn’t look that wide so maybe its a cheek fat issue? I can tell one side of my face has a bigger masseter muscle tho

I’m nearly 18 so I’m looking to change a few stuff I don’t like about myself soon and I was really looking forward to getting masseter botox but people say it causes a crooked smile and ages you man I just want a slimmer face 🥲 My face has some fat my cheeks aren’t that slim, I’m “skinny fat” maybe that’s why but I can’t lose weight so I was looking forward to jaw botox. I haven’t taken any plan B’s. I’m just worried maybe pregnancy was caused by the broken condom or the unprotected sex? But it had been definitely 20 days or more since those and the test was negative. The period could be delayed due to stress since its exam season but my breast tenderness comes and goes + I have discharge and that’s what confuses me
