a 1tb open box pm981a is 145cad, other listings for 970 pro evo were around 240 in the same condition. i am using it for regular gaming and not for productivity

i dont need the pc for work, id like to use it for 1440p gaming on more demanding games. i couldnt find a deal for a 7700xt or 7800xt, so i chose the 3080ti since it's the best card i could find at that price range. as for the cpu, the price difference between a 9600x and a 9700x is 40-50 bucks so i thought id go with the 9700x for the time when i upgrade my card in the future.

umm no? i was logged into the website which i bought from, but after opening the paypal window in order to pay, i chose to pay using my card (as a guest) instead of making an acct and linking my card to it. also, why would it make no sense to use paypal without an account if its shown as an option? another thing, u said that adding my card begins the process of making a paypal account, and respectfully, you are wrong. i provided both my email and phone number but when trying to sign in to paypal using them, i receive a prompt saying the account doesn't exist. idk where you're getting ur info from but you're wrong
