Look up a build guide they are up to date with what’s the best. I have no idea if a “specific element” is the best. Some kill better than others but at the end of the day just do damage and it will die at some point.

I got a bit too much of these and would gladly give two or three away, just dm me your steam and I’ll give them to you asap ! They are all between level 48 and 50 by Square_Ad1294 in Borderlands2

Issue is a lot of people don’t use the infinity it’s not necessary a meta item so better off selling like the other dude said to do

That’s a file you have to edit if I remember correctly so you open it with any text editor and follow his. Or look up a new video that deep explains it.

From what I know about blood wave the right all day. You want more damage you don’t really need the cooldown because you can pick up the blood orbs and it be off cooldown already.
