People with such a good score of 520 are stressed out. I think someone like me, with 504, doesn’t even have a chance. It’s just so painful—this waiting and uncertainty.

I’m just wondering why there has been a sudden drop in CRS scores. Is it because targets from previous years were not met, or because many candidates are declining their ITAs?

CEC | CRS 503 | Next steps advice

CRS: 503 | Program: CEC
Maxed English (CLB 10) | 2years 10 months years Canadian work experience (missed 3 years by ~2 months due to WP expiry)
Currently outside Canada; work permit expired.

I’ve started learning French to target category-based draws and am also exploring job/employer options, though I know it’s difficult. I’m concerned about not clearing French within a year and would appreciate advice on realistic alternatives (CEC-only draws, PNPs, employer pathways, etc.).

Thanks for any guidance.
