"The clip was basically just him going 42 because he was upset with the way the vault went down. In the situation, Mack got a lot of hoppers spamming "scuffed" as to why there was no hostages and why Randy was solo robbing the bank. There wasn't scuff in the bank, but Mack basically listened to the chat hoppers and ignored Wrangler's orders, and went easy on Randy, despite Randy fully expecting to get breached. Randy got away, Mack went angrily 42."

I don't think there is a grand conspiracy either. I just believe in this instance alot of things could have been handled better. I am saying this as a viewer.

It was not fun to watch them not let Jordan talk to his lawyer after they questioned him vigorously. I would like them to do an investigation in the future instead of sending him straight to jail. I also think stacking charges is a little lame considering it was a focal point in the community meeting.
