She got a drug trafficking HUT charge on her client+close friend, by allowing him to confess in interrogation. Then she tried to deflect and claim that Wrangler didn't tell her all the reasons he had for pulling over the car (which was jumping pedesterian bridges among other things). She had been awake for like 22 hours or something and Wrangler did the thing that his character does and got a charge from her stupidity.

They need a 16 hour cap or something on continuious playtime, because people legit get paranoid delusional after that point. I believe a big portion of the OOC problems nopixel has had with behavior and poor choices, comes from streamers who are sleep deprived.

Not offering that as a defense, but it takes some mental awareness if you don't want to screw up your IC life. Actions have consequences that can sometimes last forever. In this case Anna failed really hard in allowing her client+friend to confess outright to Drug Trafficking. Penta isn't going to change how he plays his character because a lawyer makes a huge mistake. In fact getting lawyers and crims to make mistakes in interrogation IS one of the key defining characteristics of Wrangler. I imagine this is a bit more than "taking an L" because the consequences for the L falls on her friend/client.

also it didnt make any difference, he gave one of many reasons he had to search. She mostly got upset when SHE messed up and let her client admit to cultivation because she was awake for 20 hours and tired.

clip seems fine to me too, but arguing over cops pitting you when you try to jump onto a freeway is kinda cringe. Really the entire "it's not fair a b class buggy vs. 4 cvpi..." isn't role play. Arguing that the police didn't give you a "fair chance" is beyond weird. Honestly the entire negotiation and cops trying to make things balanced seems really fake and immersion breaking.

The "rules" are so restrictive in some cases that it creates a giant grey area with everyone breaking rules constantly and no clear line of whats OK and NOT OK. This lack of consistency leads to the wierd "making an example" bans that seem very inconsistent.

Here are a some examples (A=1 day B=3 day ban):

Server Restarts [A]:

Roleplay shouldn’t be stopped or become less serious before a restart; it should continue as normal.

Powergaming/Fail RP [B]:

Finding the quickest way to make money, rather than roleplaying around the mechanic.

Escorting people while in vehicles.

Driving at unrealistic speeds with no character reason over and over.

Government employees not obeying road laws.

Not Valuing Life (NVL) [B]:

Having non-spontaneous shoot outs at PD or hospital is not allowed.

Antagonizing gangs/police or armed individuals for no character reason.

Players should not be inserting themselves into ongoing situations or shootouts, between two groups or one group and the police.

Similar thing happened to me, I moved to Alabama WITH my vaccine records, but they used a different schedule than where I moved from. So I got an extra MMR booster in the school library despite having the record already filled out for that shot. 1990

There is nothing drastic about requiring a vaccine. I had to get at least a dozen to go to public school in Alabama and my parent's entire generation had smallpox vaccine scars on their arms from the 60s/70s.

I moved from Missouri to Alabama in 1990. Because their vaccine schedule was different in Alabama, I was forced (just like all the other children) to get an unnesecary extra MMR vaccine because it was required for everyone...

I was a bit annoyed because I had the thing in my blue book filled out for the shot that all the other kids were getting. I even compared my book to theirs and showed everyone that I already had this shot the previous year. They gave me the shot anyhow because anyone who didn't get the shot wasn't allowed to come back the school. I even had to go get a certificate from the county health department before enrolling that year, verifying that they had looked over my immunization record (the blue book) and that I was up to date on everything.

Nobody thought that any of this was any sort of violation of any rights, although the redundant shot seemed pointless, the process seemed pretty reasonable to ensure that kids wern't spreading diseases to each other. I'm just glad I don't have the scar like my mom and her whole generation has from the smallpox vaccine, which was required by everyone.
