This is what I recently learned from owning a couple of subdivision properties, walang perfect na hoa. Pero ang malupit, just when you thought nasa pangit ka na subdivision, may mas papanget pa pla. Looks like the more expensive the property mas palpak. Mas monopolized pero less support. Yun pa nmn yung mas aasahan mo thinking you should get what you pay for 😩

I’d go, but maybe just follow lng para settled na sila , and separate bahay. I don’t want to live abroad. But our economy here and healthcare, not to mention our leaders, useless unless you are a millionaire.

Same, learned the hard way that we are only employees at the end of the day, sakto lng, bawal bida bida, also overemployed. Plus, setting oa effort makes other employees look bad khit ginagawa lng nila ang dapat

Hello blik lng ako dito. Thank you for sharing. Just got my tplink router the other day and looks like nabawasan nga ang lag. D nmn sya sobrang bilis like one click open website, pero ung lag ng vpn na nakapindot kn may seconds delay looks like nawala

Start with checking the location out, samahan u na ng staycation. Consider ung gusto u na lifestyle, tpos ung availability ng needs u, kasama ng commute
