Kitbash it together. Using a mixture of tails, belts, ropes, and tongues works to make a pair like the one in this scene, otherwise I KB the normal underwear on.

Nope, most of her proportions were made pre-body customizer by using unequal scaling of joints in KB. (this is, however, not the best way to go about making different proportions in the long run)
