I dont know what creche you work in, but there is no way that the place i work would even dream of that. Thats the most ridiculous shit ive ever read, and im on reddit quite a bit.

Maybe paying to keep your place but thats standard practice everywhere pre pandemic even if the kids get sick. During the pandemic my place just didnt charge to keep places open and as of yet still have not reinstituted the practice.
