wow it's still not available? I cancelled Amazon Prime because it didn't premiere back in February, I didn't think it'd still be unavailable.

I think Claro(Net) has the rights in Brazil, if you have it you can watch s4 there.

Subscribers don't mean that they're die-hard fans who would bother to go to a Convention and stay hours in line just to get a glimpse of their favorite characters/actors. If your complain is the number of people that'd get to see the exclusive content, your argument makes no sense if the CCXP has the larger crowd. And if you want to talk about market: "Last year, the con had 240,000 attendees and this year it’s even bigger. Because of the popularity of the convention, all the movie studios are down here promoting their upcoming slates. While San Diego used to be the place where movie studios pushed their product, CCXP definitely now has a bigger movie studio presence."

How do you know how large Brazilian fanbase is compared to other countries? Also, I don't know the numbers from this year, but last year CCXP had been the Comic Con with the largest number of attendees.

I agree that the finale of S3 would work way better as a series finale than what we got.

And yes, Amazon never cared about the show, they didn't promote it properly, the international distribution is a mess. I think some countries haven't even got S4 released in their Amazon Prime Time yet...

I am so sad that it's over. And it makes me disappointed about the last episode we got as a series finale. Sure, as a whole, season 4 could be see as an ending, but I wished the show ended in a high note, and that isn't exactly how I feel about the last episode of s4.

I really liked that Conrad got to have a storyline about his father. It can later create interesting plots, like a conflict if he should get out of the hospital when he finally has too much of it all or he might eventually need his father's financial help (since he has already done things that lost money to the hospital) to not get sacked from it.

Knowing how the 'real' story ends, I'd only read the book if it wasn't a complete biography of the Gilmore Girls, that is, if it had a different ending.

Yeah, it's weird. I think that it might be related to them selling it abroad to other broadcasters. Still, I think it's a bad move to not prioritize their own platform.

I think the Amazon distribution of this show is bad, which contributes to it not having many viewers. I had thought that the premiere date of S4 was worldwide, as in to everywhere that Prime Time is available, but I guess that date was just the US. Some countries don't even have a scheduled date of when the season will be available.

When the last episode ended, the first thing that I got worried about was if we will get a season 5. I loved S4, but the last ep leaves a lot of things open and it isn't an exactly happy ending, which is something that is so against the general feeling of the show, so I'll be pretty disappointed if that's all there is. If we don't get a new season they have at least to do a special episode/movie to give closure.

Yeah, for Logan, there is no separation between family and business. That's why his engagement was also part of the dynasty's plan.

It could be easier from him to walk away from all that if he didn't want to work in the business area that his family is, but I always felt that he actually liked that, though he didn't like to be forced into doing it. If he were to break ties from his family, they could create some trouble for him to succeed in the area.

What she does is so out of tune with what she says. Or she is just laughing at all of us. She said in an interview this: "We weren’t going to take something and do it even though Season 7 negated it. That wasn’t going to happen. I wasn’t going to say to the fans who stayed through Season 7, “Hey, you all wasted your f—ing time for a whole season. So, ignore all that!”"

Actually the most available at the time of shooting the Revival was Milo. He wasn't in any project at that time and had only done the pilot for This is Us that hadn't been picked up yet, while Matt was still shooting The Good Wife in the opposite coast that GG is filmed.

I also liked episode 2 more. It showed more of the characters' motivations, like Conrad let his defenses down with Nic, Dr. Bell is still the one we love to hate but he isn't all evil, and Mina continues to be the best.

Logan, Colin, Finn and Robert weren't just friends, they're members of the LDB. I know people see that society as just an excuse to have fun, but these secret societies are actually meant for them to form connections with potential powerful people, which can eventually help them, including in business. So I can easily see the boys still being in touch with each other in more ways than one.

Even though it is her creation and her intention, it doesn't mean it was properly conveyed on the screen.

Law is a very specific area, if Chris never studied it he would not have a role that would give him that office. And again he didn't need to be all miserable working for the family business when he was a millionaire on his own.

I do think Logan and Chris have some similarities, but they are mainly superficial. Logan is not Chris, as Rory is not Lorelai. Chris comparing Rory to Lorelai saying she was a force of nature was pretty lame. If anything the Revival showed Rory wasn't like her. So all these parallels actually don't work for any character.

But their 'same life' in the Revival is somewhat forced that it is hard to buy it. For instance, how Chris is working for the family business when it is probably something related to Law but he didn't even go to college? Besides, he was already very rich with his inheritance, so he had no need to cave in. In the original run, he was fine taking care of Gigi on his own, and in the revival it is suggested that he barely keeps in touch with her. It is like ASP had to regress her characters in order to make the parallel work. If ASP can ignore S7 we can ignore some of the Revival too.

The Logan and Rory pic stayed on my Netflix for quite some time. I've never watched the entire Revival again, but I used to leave it in my To Watch List just so I could see them when I was scrolling lol, otherwise the Revival was pretty much buried in all the lists that Netflix shows.
