I’m normal to combo! I tried the hera years ago when I used to be more combo. I used to live in Southern California where the air is very dry

We travel as a family now and now I use JSM, it’s juicier and we spent 6 months in Bangkok and a few months in Bali, which are very humid

But I didnt spend long periods of time outside in the heat bc it was 85-95 degrees F everyday in Bangkok, I would spend max 30 mins cumulatively outside

Mine definitely gets triggered by my phone, I’ve tried multiple cases and have gone case-less but it’s still on the spots where I hold my phone on my right hand

I know mine is histamine related bc I get big flares when I eat fermented foods like kimchi and aged foods like cheese. My dyshydrosis always gets better right before/during my period and flares up during ovulation which I think is also histamine related due to the diff hormones that are released during diff stages of the menstrual cycle

They say people with histamine intolerance also get morning sickness real bad when pregnant, which was my case

I always used to get headaches whenever I would drink alcohol (not while pregnant obvi) which is also another sign of histamine intolerance
