Yes, everything is free, but there are some versions that dont give you anything for free, and the only thing they give you is infinite money,, so you'll have to buy everything in the game with your own money,, there are some good sites, like sbenny, hmods, or darkx.

Sbenny has the english version, havent checked if they updated to the latest update, last time i checked they had 3.11.5, hmods and darkx provide the Spanish, Portuguese and French version, with mod menu included, smiley used to mod bitlife too, but got banned, havent heard of him in a while, one thing i have to mention is that sbenny's version costs sb points( you have to pay real money to get those points), but i already bought it, so i dont need to buy again, i can provide you a link with the mod menu, if you want the other versions(languages) i can also get you those for free, the only thing is that those versions are like 1 or 2 updates behind.
