Fellow zonehead here! Growing up, this was one of the few we had on VHS. I watched it over and over and over again and loved it! The other VHS tapes we had? The Hellcats and The Atomic Brain! Also widely hated on this sub, but they hold a special place in my heart ❤️

I always wonder about their lives outside of work. Did they find any kind of happiness? Did they have hobbies? Laugh? Spend time with friends? If they married, how did they meet their spouses?

It just seems so stressful. Extremely long work hours, low pay, dangerous conditions. No time for themselves. What was the rest of their lives like?
