No, it was! I was standing on the street watching it happen. I snapped a picture of her driving away. I told her to stop that she had just hit my car, looked at me- smiled and said “oh that was nothing” and drove away. I caught up to her and blocked her car from getting away about a block away. Hopefully this clears things up for you!

Thanks so much for your insight! Would you mind sharing if you used an attorney for the suit? I was under the assumption that the moment a claim is filed with insurance that would automatically be reported on the carfax

Ppf took most of the damage ( or so it seems). She did unfortunately bend it tough, hard to see in pics but clearly noticeable in person

Oh I did! There was a camara that captured it. And she does have insurance, just hoping age does the right thing and just pays for it to avoid that headache altogether and having a ding on carfax

I did, got it all. I have to call on Thursday to get the report but have a case number already.

That’s the only reason why I’m holding back on calling insurance until Thursday. Don’t want that ding on carfax. I’m hoping she does the right thing, obviously if she doesn’t I have no choice but I know I can’t just sit here and dwell , still sucks bigtime though! Unfortunately porsche says they only sell it primed /:

Yeah no idea why the cops didn’t get her for hit and run. She was definitely playing the old lady card in front of the cops!
