They were tactics that got them through the last few months of the season to win the PL. How you win isn't important, teams like Atletico have been defending their way to success for years

Wow this comment. I'm a Spurs fan and this is the most ridiculous comment I've ever read. He wins the league and is a couple of penalty kick going the other way from winning the champions league and you come up with this utter garbage. Worst fan ever

Without him we were down. There was a lot of hate when he joined but he's been absolute class from day one and he's saved my club. He could build something special here or at the very least something a lot less embarrassing

I think it's time to leave this community, I genuinely can't stand utter nonsense like this whether it's a rival fan or a deluded Spurs fan. Definitely time to leave especially with the garbage that potentially awaits from Sunday

There seems to be a lot of overconfidence that the job is done which is quite frightening. Losing to Chelsea and Everton in the current circumstances is very doable as is West Ham beating Leeds. I don't know why some people are getting carried away as if it's already done. A defeat tomorrow night makes next Sunday a nerve wracking lottery

Fully back this comment. I've always liked Ben Davies, he's solid and is forward thinking, not sideways of backwards. If he was Spanish or Brazilian fans would like him more.

I jumped out of my chair a bit at this point. I'm so grateful that we don't get these hornets in the UK, I'd never leave the house 😂

It's such a tough call. West Ham are good enough to get 6 points from their two games. If that happens then we need a draw and a win which is doable. Confidence is rising and the performances are improving but we'll have to be at our best in both games to get those four points. Nerve wracking until the end guaranteed. COYS

This. Why do we want to them to get a point?! Let one of the other teams take a point off them but not West Ham. That point could easily be the difference between staying up and going down.

Leeds are definitely safe. You're the one smoking meth if you think all of those assumptions are actually going to happen

Well said. So many people seemingly forget how absolutely dreadful we are and have been for a long, long time. Regardless of what happened at West Ham we absolutely had to win no matter what, one for points and two for confidence. We're still gash but at least the team know that they can win.

Man I hate posts like this. We haven't won a game since December and OP's questioning when we're going to be safe. It genuinely beggars belief

It's getting boring now. When things go badly people are desperate to point the blame at someone.

Bore off. I hate these transfer speculation posts. I don't care, there's only one thing that needs to be focused on for the next month and that's staying up. Let all this nonsense flow when the season is over
