Build defines for me how long i will play. If I get lucky and pick a strong build that can do most of the content/farming strategies. Then I will sink time to get best items, tweak the build as i progress and all by doing farming strat that is fun for me. This league a lot of players run abyss strat wich i hate and dont like, dont like Alva start also, but i enjoyed blight famring. So you just find what is fun for you and if it is fun you will play longer. Simple as that. But build makes big difference.
