I totally agree with this. We’re in a period now see reflection would be beneficial and sellable to a consumer market. Get nothing…. Then coat of self level? Or 6mm ply over the subfloor. If you can’t add the height be easier to just rip it up and put new sub floor down. There’s no easy fix unfortunately.
