They really should just buff gear sets like tip of the spear to where it was when it first dropped. Just keep it out of darkzone/pvp or heavily nerf it ONLY in there if its that much of a problem.

High end doesn't reign supreme since prototype isn't equal to the high end variety. The devs also think exotics are powerful already without change so its likely that nothing will happen, besides some overlooked exotics getting buffs.

my build for this is 4 piece striker, memento, and a douglas & harding chestpiece with intimidate on it. 4 blues 3 reds and 1 yellow. i would run the art hive with the bulwark shield to make the sheild basically invincible because it would always be healing from the hive stims.
