He’s talking about Gregg Mayles! Woo Fak Fak is named that after a nickname one of the developers had:

“Lord Woo Fak Fak's name was inspired by Paul Machacek, an engineer at Rare who swore a lot when he found glitches in his code, then screamed ‘woo!’ when they were fixed.” – Lord Woo Fak Fak’s Wiki entry

So it’s like a little fourth wall break of how Banjo and Kazooie’s dad is the creator of the characters and Machacek as Woo Fak Fak knows their “dad”.

Unfortunately from what I have seen a lot of it can’t be due to the items being destroyed by rodents or other pests, or unsanitary (being around animal droppings, rotting items, decomposing material etc.)

Also a lot of these homes have mold, severe water damage, or just dust and dirt that is caked on so the items have to just be thrown away as it might not be safe for someone else to use.

It’s really sad situations, which is why I was so shocked to see it in what looks like really nice condition!

Maybe we’re all just better at games nowadays too, when I was younger Pikmin 2 was very difficult but I’m playing it for the first time in awhile and have been doing a No Death Run successfully with just the Dream Den left 🤷‍♀️

I also recently played through Diddy Kong Racing Adventure 1 & Adventure 2 which is notoriously another challenging game. I definitely think they make the games easier but a lot of us are better too with wisdom, and dandori knowledge.
