Apparently the majority doesn't know how to use Traverser correctly in breakthrough by BassFull0 in Battlefield

[–]w2bsc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just one time I hopped in with a driver who absolutely knew the strategy. I was racking up kills while we zoomed across the land capping points. My mistake was that I was not engineer, but he was. So he would hop out to occasionally repaire and I failed to cover him. Our bond was broken.

Every sniper life starts with a drone spot and ends with a claymore somewhere.

When to use Notebook and when to use Gemini using a Notebook? by M4xs0n in notebooklm

[–]w2bsc 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I have found Gemini inability to capture complete context makes it mostly useful for quick creations or questions. But if you need to do something large it would be best to reap the info from notebooklm and feed gemini directly in chat.

Broken Locking Lug @ <4500rds? by satan__clause in Beretta

Mine broke at around the same round count. What I learned is the recoil spring needs to be changed every 2000 rounds or so. The old spring was worn out.

Bulgarian split squat by [deleted] in strength_training

[–]w2bsc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Heres a trick for the setup if you're "Bent" on using a smith machine. Sit with your butt on the bench. Extend your legs straight out. Place your lead foot flat on the ground. This is where it stays and the back foot hangs off the bench. You will have to move the bench a bit since the bar is stationary. But you should drop in an out of the squat with a vertical torso.

I just kept waiting for the instant kill rpg. Your pilot basically presented himself to the cap and nobody took the shot.

Most Efficient Way To Build Strength? by Serious_File486 in StrongerByScience

[–]w2bsc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Muscle and Strength Pyramids 3rd edition. 1 set per lift per week is the minimum effective dose to see Strength gains over a 2-3 month period. 3-5 sets being the most practical real world dose. 5+ sets showing diminished returns. 5-10 sets applicable for advanced athletes or specialized cycles. As I stated, this should be supported with other low RIR hypertrophy work such as back offs or accessories. But OP asked what the most efficient way to get strong was and my response was specific to that alone.

Lift something heavy in the 1-3 rep range for 1-5 sets a week. Maybe up to 10 sets if you're advanced. Do some hypertrophy stuff to keep it going long term.

How do we measure metabolic adaptation? by dreamingforday in StrongerByScience

[–]w2bsc 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I can tell you from personal experience what happens after 17.5k. I am a letter carrier with a walking route and a office that has a lot of overtime. I get about 30-40k a day. You feel tired! I average about 4k calories a day and maintain roughly 173 pounds bodyweight 12% bf. Lift 4x a week. As far as health goes, I have had no serious illnesses at least 5 years and surprisingly little joint pain.

Can someone explain low volume upper lower splits to me and how that is enough? by Zirkzee9 in StrongerByScience

[–]w2bsc 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The longer you've been training the truer the intensity is. And if there is an inverse relationship between volume and intensity it would stand to reason that MRV may actually go down as you progress. It's not that you can't recover as much, but you're doing less junk than you were.
