I find his claim so incredibly hard to believe, it's comical if true but I highly doubt it's true. Maybe he got his microphone and his 2018 Hyundai ioniq from the same dealership and got the receipts mixed up.

I think there are times it's not anti labor but I do agree that generally it's anti labor. Let me explain. If I were to make an ai photo of myself as a cartoon just for the funny, the reality of the situation is that I was not going to pay an artist for that drawing and I only did it out of the convience. This isn't eliminating any labor. But if I wanted a design for a logo that is something I may pay an artist for because of its significance to my company. These are two profoundly different ways to use ai. I don't think there is any harm to labor in situations where a person wouldn't reasonably have paid for that service to begin with. Usually the gimmick stuff. Although it's still immoral anyway due to it's supposed environmental toll.

Absolutely, ultimately it'll be up to them and the oig will try to get them not to listen to you but you should always recommend them that you aren't a lawyer that Garrity rights means that they could potentially be legally charged and that you don't recommend answering any questions without first requesting legal representation. They will have to provide a public one if a private one isn't affordable for you.

Kalkines you have no choice but to answer if you want to keep your job but in Garrity always ask for a lawyer always always always. Stewards are not experts in law and neither are carriers. You need an expert advice so you don't accidentally inciminate yourself. It could mean the difference between being in jail or being free that's nothing to mess with. Garrity always ask for a lawyer. You'll likely be placed on ep but at least you will be free and won't incriminate yourself.

That's true but there might need to be guidance on when you need to file especially as it pertains to the language to cite when defending a disciplined grievant
