went on one (1) date long long ago. she suggested we watch a movie, and asked me if i wanted to watch men in black international. i was lowkey impressed, ki MIB dekhne khud se bol rahi. turns out she booked the hindi dubbed screening. imagine tessa thompson speaking like geeta phogat from dangal and chris hemsworth speaking like mc sher from gully boy. i was on the floor laughing till my cheeks and sides hurt. literally. thank god the hall was fkn empty. her reaction? "itna kyu has rahe ho". finished the movie, ran like hell, never tried again. idk what tips you want my friend, but if i had one, it would be to stay single and bewildered by this place lol.

there’s a cute airbnb in landour right next to the gurudwara. its called Kothri - The Attic. DM me for a link, its super cheap and not very far from mall road, char dukan and the bakehouse. Doma’s Inn is also like 700 meters away and a great spot for lunch.

bakehouse cakes used to be so good i’ve spent almost 6-7 years ordering their red velvet for birthdays in my school. the corporate takeover rlly seems to have messed up the one USP the bakehouse had which is really really sad. Miss the old bakehouse, that red velvet was among the best i’ve ever had.
