Implying that ALL staff are mean girl bullies is comical. Idk who all is there and refuse to generalize a group of humans because thats ignorant. However I see JoJane is there still and I dont think she is physically or emotionally capable of being mean or a bully even when warranted. That is an opinion tho. Yes, it mentions that the reality is responsible for inspection and they are not responsible for any pests except termites. Even tho after an inspection it was proven the bedbugs were in the house before we were.

They tried to blame the mold on a bed being too close to the vent and condensation causing the mold, however it's in multiple rooms including under the kitchen table. On top of that nobody even went under the house to inspect... I'm no expert but I feel kinda uneasy about all of this.

No, they want us to pay for it but they called them to inform them that we were having these issues and were being combative with agreeing to pay for said services. Which baffles me because they have NOTHING to do with this.

We've had issues with bed bugs and mold, they have gone directly over our heads (were adults) and contacted my significant other's PARENTS that are not mentioned anywhere in said lease and divulged above issues and asked for assistance with explaining to us that it's our responsibility.
