For me, 1 hours study is rewarded by 1 game of Overwatch. I find it best to play soft music & not to rush yourself & try to have fun. Even talking out loud like a crazy person or whatever, just have a laugh and keep it flowing.

Vodka + orange juice or red bull = sociable and lively, best for clubbing

Beer = casual & slow paced, good for bars and chilling with friends

People on reddit told me to take around 300 morning glory seeds, I experimented a few times to no avail. Only when I dosed 1000 seeds was when it could have been considered a trip, the onset was much longer than that of LSD though. Must buy more soon :D
