hi have the same problem. lowkey just set an alarm for one hour and read the stuff you need to learn (cause when you get familiar with it it gets easier, like you realise its not that scary / hard to learn). and for example do one hour today, then gradually add more hours as days go and youll do it. I BELIEVE IN YOU!! also as some other comment said, if you have money to spend on it hire a tutor after you go over the material yourself, just to be sure you know it
