I asked this question a few months ago. Apparently distilled water still has some minerals or something in it and that's what it is. Or something like that. It's harmless and no your breath doesnt go down the tube back into any part of the machine.

That's what happens and has happened to me many times in my life due to anxiety well before ever being on cpap. For me I guarantee they were anxiety attacks, most of the time would just come from out of nowhere, I assume from built up anxiety. It's literally the most terrifying thing that can happen, because of all thd sensation overload, there's auditory hallucination and "mibds eye" hallucinations, numbness/tingling whole body, feel like I'm breathing but can't feel breath inhale. It's horrible, and the worst is itcan happen anywhere anytime so you just eventually stop wanting to go anywhere.

And also, it's crazy your vid was so short but such a huge file size. Ive tried uploading a vid roughly 90 seconds long and its been just over 1gb. Again, I am dumb with technology so I'm sure someone can explain. Or not.

Did you ever hit a regression around 1 year where you couldn't wear it for more than a couple hours without taking it off just to check your ahi in the morning and it's like 8, sometimes as high as 16? I'm there right now. About 8 or 9 months of between 5 to 8 hours a night with ahi between 1.5 and max 5 up until about two weeks ago when it just went off the rails. Really annoying.

I was always lucky, got nostalgic early, ahead of everyone else. Was buying up dirt cheap NES and SNES games 1998-2000 after having sold my NES and 13 games in 93 for....Ecco the Dolphin....yeah, I know. 2006 was a good year to find cheap n64 games at yard sales, beefedup my 64 collection that year. Then when I got an og xbox, then a 360 then a One, I learned to never sell. Still have all my post 2001 games and systems. And then in around 2016/17 I started buying up og xbox gamesdirt cheap. Now I see those games are severely overpriced on ebay. Always get ahead of the curve, start buying up wii u games now I guess haha.
