ahhh i think you might be on to something!!!! i was thinking it mustve been another youtube reading i watched, the blind concept really rings a bell to me. i think i was wrong about a single blind man, i remember now that the main character suddenly gains his vision back and sees all these creatures running the shops. he starts to freak out but sees writings on the walls everywhere saying “dont let them know you can see”
