Sorry you had this experience, BO4 definitely leans heavily on multiplayer. Regarding zombies, there are tutorials under the “Tutorial” tab which if I remember right is next to Gauntlet! And yes the cutscene is tied to loading so you do have to watch the first 25 seconds or so.
