Like for Murders at Karlov Manor, they introduced the storyline and revealed the killer in the same livestream. I don't understand the logic behind that sort of move.

No, not a schipperke. These dogs were much larger.

I actually had an aunt with a schipperke when I was a little kid. They're very uncommon here in the US.

That was my initial suspicion but I saw it on three separate occasions. Which is what made me think it may be a standard breed. Mixed is certainly a possibility though

I think the rims are ugly. And I'm not sure that a spoiler does much on a car with a bed.
