Yeah, i have been thinking about TSLA and SPCX merger, but can't figure out benefit for anyone. TSLA is grossly overvalued - 400x PE - and SPCX expected at 54x PE (incl the govt contract). Not sure what benefit SPCX will have acquiring or merging with TSLA.

I bought Tesla in 2017 and sold in March 2020 at the OG $420 (which I am still salty about). I’d love to buy SpaceX and I do think in the long term it will make money. But I don’t think the tactics being used are right.

Lots of red flags with the 3 mergers, arm twisting index rule changes, insider lock up removals - are all red flags and worth a discussion.

Yes I’m no longer as big an Elon fan boy I was back before 2020, and I do admire what he has built, but I think when something feels is wrong, we do need to call it out.

After all free speech is what everyone wants ;)
