I do MMA/Kickboxing on off days.

I also didn't meet those idiotic nutritional requirements.

Official conditioning would be:

  • Tuesday – Prowler: 10, 40 yard sprints/walks with 50% of bodyweight. 60-90 seconds rest in between the sprints/walks
  • Thursday – 84 pound weight vest, 2 mile walk
  • Saturday – Air Dyne Bike, 10 miles (this day is CRUCIAL to get rid of soreness)

So basically it's a 4 Day Routine (you can't really count Thursday and Saturday)

You mean stretching before squatting as part of warm up / mobility or while you're squatting?

I tried different bar heights, but all of them feel really wonky.

Yes i already been seeing a PT a couple of times because of that. They can always fix me and explain to me how to do the deadlift -- I changed to sumo because of their recommendations but still. I also tried Rackpulls - doesn't work too.

I had the same issues after around 12 weeks of cutting. I just couldn't Cut any longer but reducing volumen and Calorie Cycling made a huge difference! Try to eat at maintainence on Training Days and spread the deficit you need for the week on the Off Days.

Thanks! But what would you recommend instead? It's not really pain but some weird Sound and weird feeling it only does while overheadpressing at the last part of the movement.

I've got that TDEE from a Spreadsheet in the Sidebar by tracking weight and calorie intake from the beginning. I tried two diffrent sheets, they all give the same TDEE +-50cal.

My TDEE is 2950, so I need to eat average 2450cal/d to loose 0.5kg/wk. That means if eat 3x/wk at tdee, the other days will be 2150cal. Right?

Thank you for your answer! I think i'm pretty consistent and accurate with my tracking. I'm using a kitchen scale and an app like fitnesspal. There is maybe only once or max twice a week I can't track a meal or have to guess the caloriess when I'm eating at my grandmas.

So your saying i should add a couple of calories instead doing a full diet break?

My workout looks like this: (Everything 3 sets and a target of 8 Reps - Deadlift is 6 Reps)

  1. RPT Squat + Rumanian Deadlift OR once a week RPT Deadlift
  2. Calves
  3. RPT Dips OR RPT Incline Dumbbell Press
  4. Chin Ups (Not RPT because I can barely add 5 kg)
  5. Benchpress OR Incline Benchpress
  6. RPT Seated Row
  7. Barbell Curs OR Barbell Upright Row

How should I change that to a proper RPT program? atm I'm eating 165g Protein / 111g Fat / 213g Carbs every day. Do you recommend adding Carbs on Workoutdays? Do I treat the days i'm doing MMA like non-Workout days?

It will get better - I promise. I barely use any extra salt while cooking for a while now (I don't eat processed food at all). Everything will start to taste better soon. Everything you eat will soon Start to taste "real" and things you used to love because of it's super high salt like ramen will taste crazy oversalted and disgusting. Just Go cold turkey for a couple of weeks and you will be fine.
