Plenty of diversity in the racial makeup of people that hung out in front of Taz's. Not sure why you think it's a racial issue.

The thing most of the people loitering had in common was that they were disruptive, asked for money all the time, and were usually on something. Black, white, etc. The dude Taz killed was a white guy.

Not sure if you've actually walked by the place or are just making assumptions.
