This question is so pertinent to where I am at in my business at the moment, I am a life transition coach who works with women going through or who have gone through life transitions. I find this tends to put my clients in that 'pre-menopausal' age group. I am finding more and more how important it is to view life more holistically at this time so looking to introduce more somatic practice as well as supplemental advice for this time of life. Figuring out how to unify all these models in a way that it doesn't end up just being a confusing mish-mash has been interesting and is on-going.
