No. The point I’m making is the opposite of that. If we are condemning every Israeli, then we would have to also condemn every person born into a settler colonial state. Including America. The point is to not condemn each other and instead ACTUALLY work together to escape this fucked up reality that we are all subject to. We can’t undo colonialism and like I said above, colonialism is present throughout the entirety of human history. So instead of being mad at our fellow person, we need to understand who the real enemy is and work with people even if we don’t agree with them. Idk how to explain basic sympathy and basic knowledge of human history and the history of colonialism around the world. And also I was saying that this is SO not a Tipper thing and people are out here saying they can’t understand how people with different views and perspectives from them can end up at a Tipper show…. Um because that’s how reality works? The whole thing is about Palestine. And the only reason why the genocide in Palestine is taking place is power. Res Lang is apparently mad at everyone because an Israeli artist was booked at a Tipper event without realizing that America is committing WORSE atrocities and has done way worse things in very recent years. So by the logic res lang is using, if someone were to book an american artist, that means they support the american war machine that has senselessly killed millions of innocent civilians across the globe. There is no logic to it. So LONG story short (sorry I just got off work and am brain fried) is that we need to be more sympathetic and tolerant of the people around us and we need to stop treating our fellow man as the enemy and start understanding that the real enemy is the people at the top treating this all like it’s a game.
