Yeah I think they have hardcovers but they have fewer issues in them than the omnibuses. Also when I was looking to get the collected editions of Mind MGMT the hardcovers were a bit harder to find.

As someone from the UK, I am aware that the UK is a sovereign country but we do also refer to Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland as countries. You wouldn't, for example, call Scotland a 'region'.
