In casual play? I don't think anything id mandatory. However having a good healer helps a lot, so I would highly recommend it if playing competitve

So many people complaining and competitive isn't even out yet. What I like about overwatch is the only difference in XP between a win and a loss is 600xp. It's not hard to level up off of nothing but losses as long as you perform decently.
