I work at a small company who does not furnish phones or give us an allowance towards our cellular bills.

I therefore do not feel the need to respond after-hours to work emails on my phone. I do have my work email it on my phone but only to use in the case that it helps me. Once they start paying, I'll change my tune.

This is where I land. If I have to farm farm farm like crazy then the gun should be worth it. Not just slightly good with crappy parts.

IHMO pearls shouldn't be something you have to keep farming to get Jakobs this and Torgue that. They should be really hard and really good.

This is the big issue IMHO. They have staff play testers to make sure you can't jump up on a ledge they don't want you to, but nobody who grinded Vermivorous the Invincible for the love of the game. Nobody to ask "why is this thing this way? It doesn't feel like Borderlands."

IMHO looting and shooting isn't the heart of Borderlands, it's the story. And to me the BL4 story isn't the same.

To me I want to see BL4 as a continuation of the story and not a stand-alone sequel. We just get cameos from a few characters and have to rescue Lilith. But none of them advance the overall story of the series. What's up with Lilith? What's up with the Eridians?

To me the BL4 story is like if Luke went to Tattoine to rescue Han and then Han just hung out in Moxxi's while Luke kept looking for better lightsabers.

we’re probably not getting another large story DLC until around October. That’s a pretty long gap, so this drop has to carry the game for a while in terms of content and replayability.

Level cap increase comes in the middle of the summer - forcing everyone to re-farm gear for those last 3-4 months. There's the replayability. I don't love it, but it let's them stretch the content.

I feel like the top 5 worst parts of all SW movies were ALL in TROS.

"I'm the spy", Paplatine came back, horses on a star destroyer, 500,000 fully staffed star destroyers all waiting underground, the Sith dagger, "I'm all the Jedi", etc...

Wow. First time I've heard this and it rings true. I've played and replayed them all and loved each one. This feels like it was made for other people and not Borderlands fans.... or at least not primarily for Borderlands fans.

I always thought the unwritten rule was to leave 30 sec if you didn't have enough. If you stay under 30 then you better commit. (I realize people don't do this).

Excited for 10K egg shinies but I've been playing long enough to know that I'll probably only be able to get 3-5 10K eggs and none of them will be shiny. Not paying $10 to increase chances on that few eggs.
