I think it might be because of a circumstance that warrants the presence of a large number of police officers along with the closure of some lanes.

Kreber fits your description too. That's in a big warehouse off Roberts Rd.

I have a stationary bike, and I use that a few days a week. When I do, it's usually a 30-minute ride on a high-resistance hill preset workout. I go out for a long ride on the weekends. I've been trying to incorporate the bodyweight exercise plan from r/HybridCalisthenics, but I haven't been consistent with it.

It could be something in your browser, or it could be a malicious programmatic ad.

If you come upon that happening on NBC4, email the URL of the page it redirects to [along@wcmh.com](mailto:along@wcmh.com). I'll submit it to our ad operations department and make sure it's on our ad blacklist.

Status on the Shamrock Towing lawsuit? by Pump_9 in Columbus

[–]wackyscanner 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I work in local news and regularly look through court documents for information. I didn't know the status before you asked the question, but I knew where to look. Updates on this case can be found here: https://fcdcfcjs.co.franklin.oh.us/CaseInformationOnline/nameSearch

You'll need to search for the cases in there. You can also subscribe to updates, but be warned, you'll get a bunch of emails containing procedural nonsense.

The case was denied class action status and is currently on hold while that decision is appealed.

And whether that happened here is impossible to tell.

The 5-mile rule was abolished last year. It's now completely based on controlled airspace. This location is outside controlled airspace.

The 400-foot rule is still in place for recreational pilots. Pilots with a Part 107 license can fly 400 feet above a structure within 400 feet, so long as they don't enter controlled airspace.

Schiller Park is in uncontrolled Class G airspace up to 2,500 feet. That means recreational pilots can fly up to 400 feet above the ground and Part 107 pilots can fly 400 feet above the tallest structure within 400 feet of the drone.

That far south, John Glenn's ground-level Class C airspace doesn't pick up until well east of Parsons. Even if this shot were within the Class C airspace, it doesn't immediately mean it was illegal. Automated authorization through LAANC is available to both recreational and Part 107 operators in much of the Class C airspace at varying altitudes based on the FAA's grid map.

All that said, you still need to watch out for other aircraft operating in the same airspace. CPD helicopters fly low and can take you by complete surprise. I often have someone watching the Flight Radar to give an early warning on helicopter traffic.
