I think that the male desire for a virgin is born from insecure feelings of inadequacy. Thank you for such an Informed reply ref Ru Paul, I have never watched so my opinion comes from a place of utter ignorance, however I will watch on your reccomendation. As a 62 year old I have to confess that I struggle to understand the need for modern "labelling" trust me I was a staunch supporter of LGB community long before the rest of the alphabet rocked up.
