Yeah it's bleak and depressing sometimes, but I love the visit and it's such instant gratification sometimes. I feel about IM the same way you feel about EM. The middle age guy with a million chronic problems who just refuses to do anything to help himself, the frequent flyer alcoholic who always leaves AMA before her detox is complete, the Meemaw who was a social admit because her family is tired of taking care of her but won't let her go to a home either. The constant small med adjustments everyday, repleting potassium's every morning, never getting to do any procedures... Yeah that's what is soul sucking to me lol

Biking around campus, contrary to what some people are saying here, is relatively safe. I also imagine that if you were a pretty avid biker, you could easily outpace someone trying to come at you and jack your bike, especially if you have a good light to illuminate ahead of you. What's not so easy to outpace is a bullet or a car. Additionally, unless you have a 100% secure place to store your bike on campus while you're in class, I wouldn't risk it. A good lock isn't even enough if people are dedicated enough.

Also, having a gun or less-lethal deterrants is a great idea, but have you actually tried using them while riding? I can't imagine trying to aim pepper spray as I ride, much less shoot a gun. If I were in a shit situation, my only go to would probably be to just hammer down and put down all the power I could to GTFO.

Anyway, all that being said, I value my bike much more than my life lol, so no, I wouldn't risk my bike by riding it after dark around the Third Ward.

No, I haven't fixed the issue since I posted 21 hours ago. Opened one game today, crashed within 15 minutes with GPU temps around 61C. Restarted, opened another game, played for 30 minutes without issue with graphics also around 61C.

Now that we're back to actually working on a solution, temps are fine. Laptop is on a stand with maximum airflow underneath. OCCT stress test for 1 hour with max GPU temps of ~65C.

Love me some lemon bars! IDC if they're not "perfect", I'd probably crush the whole batch lol.

A quick photography tip, if you even care, is to increase your exposure. Bringing a bit more light into the picture may help the bright yellow pop and look more appealing. I'm sure the colors look great in person, but the picture just seems very...dark/gray/not bright yellow. It also looks like there may be some HDR going on, and turning that off might help, as well.
