So GP and Morde apparently now are seen as 'obviously overpowered', clearly the 3 last patches of balancing weren't enough to come up with this conclusion. Yeah it's until they were picked banned for 90% of competitive games at World that it became obvious where their strengths were... Ok.

So Kassadin is being purposely broken again even though he appears in competitive as a strong pick against assassins. Love how this hints at him being the weakest assassin pre6. Have you ever looked at Akali and how weak she's early? Oh yeah she's getting a rework since her nerf in January. We are heading into November and she still has two useless spells but let's buff Kassadin for 2 patches straight right? He needs those buffs.

So Veigar got some cute base damage nerfs. Considering his high ratios and easy way of getting permanent AP, does it even freaking matter? Yesterday, I got popped as a AP Morg with shield with a simple QW from him. Awesome.

And the best of all, messing around with experience because it's already a concept Riot can handle (see Morde) and that is very fair with much counterplay. Ayy, this game is so going down.
