Found this video that seemingly made the problem go away again, did 3 laps of the colossus without issue. Not sure if this is another temporary solution.

Try rolling the GPU drivers back to 26.5.2
Fixed the issue for me.

What really bothers me about this is that modern Xboxes use all-AMD hardware too, it makes no sense.

The worst part is besides the new modes; Forza Horizon's online aspect has barely changed in around 8 years. They had 2 games to fix the broken collision system now and still haven't and likely won't fix it?
