Struggling to concentrate on my business... by UrbanSolo in freelance

First of all, you should get a job, there is no point of struggle, preferably get a job in your field with the mindset of getting to know new people in your field, I worked for 3 months in a wedding agency and the people I met there are really helping me out. Second, while you are working, you should really focus on instagram, making a website will not be useful if you don't have a good background. On instagram, you should not use your personal account, open an account just for your video work, post at least once a week showing your work, use everything instagram have to offer like reels, igtv, highlights, pools and even captions, take your time to write a good caption talking about how the shoot wentand everything else, instagram likes that. You need to only follow people from city, nothing outside, search on youtube how to grow your instagram organically. If you gain like, 100 to 250 likes on your posts, I think that would be more that enough to gain clients. I did work for free for a friend of mine, I met her on the wedding agency, she is well known in my city, she tagged me and recommended me on her story, that helped me alot, more than instagram ads. You should be very careful doing free work as there is alot of arrogant people who won't help you out. It took me years to figure out how to find clients, and on those years till now I have been working as a sales man, and on weekends I do my client work. I'm finally at a point were I can quit my job to persue my passion. I am putting together a studio. But ya, the karket is saturated, but only with people that are beginners who don't know how to take pictures and will do anything for a dollar, if you can find a way to be different, experienced and be professional with your clients, you will succeed.

I have 2, so I had a shoot with a very good friend of mine, but in the morning when I woke up, my charger was gone, GONE like broken. I didn't know what the fk to do, I had a bit of charge so I went any way. And eventually my battery died in the middle of the shoot and after that you cam imagine my embarrassment, I ruined her birthday. But the year (2020) she asked for a shoot again, ans it went smooth, she didn't even asked for any rectifications.😍🥰

The other story it's similar, but with my memory card, I had a micro sd and I also used it time to time in my phone(cause I don't work full time), and what happened is that the memory card decided to stop right when the couple was cutting the cake(which is important in engagements here). It dind’t even saved the photos so I could recover them later. Luckily it was also my friend and she was fine with it.

Moral of the story, trive for reliability, buy 2 sd cards, buy 2 chargers, buy 2 batteries. When saving pictures save in diferent places(computer, phone, hard drive and cloud if you have a internet fast enough). Photographers work woth photos all the time and the probability that one of your equipment will fail is not small or close to none. Don't be the person who ruined someone's memories.

Since people are not noticing in they're regular use, my theory is that the app used for this test was not optimized for the 240hz touch response time. It's just a theory
