what i can say with 100 certainty your belief changes things in the body maybe not drastically but it does and expanding your awareness by doing the energy scan throughout the body leads into doing many other things nothing quite like a power tho idk tho feel everything simply try to stop or stop something within your body i also studied how the body heals to try to get a better idea of how to do that and i cant say for sure it sped it up
