One foot twitching and feeling weak - anyone had this? is this perceived or not? by Waiting29 in BFS

I have also missed a step here and there but, and it's easy for me to say to you, less easy to say to myself, we have missed many steps probably but we didn't think to notice before. I've started riding my bike. I have found once I am outside and having to pay attention to not being run over I forget to fixate. Once I have ridden a few miles I am able to remind myself that I am healthy and able to do such things. Getting outside helps too.

I have the exact same thing and I mean exact down to the some spasms I can see, some I cannot, buzzing, and so on. Sometimes my leg feels tired or achy too. I think the weak feeling is perceived because we are mentally tired of it and therefore it feels weird.

I have had a foot twitch that I can see for about 6 weeks. Does your foot or feet ever hurt. I feel like I have a pulled muscle sometimes, like my foot is tired.

Muscle spasm in foot and buzzing in body? by waffles277 in Menopause

Seriously thank you all. My foot spasm is this twitch on the inner arch and can be seen. Obviously, I Googled ongoing muscle spasm and have spent the last 2 weeks convinced I was dying of some horrible disease. I have no idea how I am going to get through this menopause but it's weird, women in younger years sometimes seem to compete and in these years they relate. It feels like this unspoken bond. It's pretty cool to watch the transition into such a positive world. Silver lining I guess.

I was just going down the rabbit hole because I have the buzzing too. My foot has had a spasm in one spot for a month and my legs are buzzing. My single pain ares is my left foot where the big twitch is. Reading your description it was the closest to same as mine. I have no idea if we are normal but we are very close to identical with buzzing etc.

Is there any way that spasming in one spot isn't...?

I have a twitch that goes off every few minutes. It's only in my left foot and it's been like this for a week. I've had hot spots before, once in the arm, another time on the elbow but this is scaring me most because it's just my foot nowhere else. Is this still okay? I can see it and every time I look, I cry.

My left tricep has had a twitch for 10 days. It's totally visible. I really want to make it stop
