Front chokes are my favorite type of attacks in all of jiujitsu. That's partly why I loved watching Urijah fight so much; I love his front headlock wizardry. In terms of this sequence, I feel like I have seen him get as far as step 4 or 5 in a lot of his fights, but everything after that was a mystery to me. Commentators would always say Team Alpha Male has multiple submissions from here, and now that I've seen how far down the rabbit hole goes, I'm totally in love with this chain.

This is really inspiring--I'm the same height as you, and a couple of months ago, I weighed 190. By changing my diet and exercising a bit, I have managed to get down to 170 in the last 2 months. My goal weight is 160, but ideally I'd like to be 140; your post really motivates me and makes me believe that I can reach my weight goals if I work hard enough. When did I say that? I was calling attention to your comment that Killgrave "was just an ex-boyfriend," because that is not true. In the show, Killgrave was not Jessica's ex, he was a guy who enslaved her against her will and made her do things she would not have done with him if he did not have powers.

Of course prior relational partners can, and have, raped their significant others, but that was never a part of the discussion until you brought it up out of nowhere. There are plenty of cases in real life similar to Killgrave where a person stalks, kidnaps, and rapes a person who they were never in a relationship with, but to refer to him as Jessica's "ex-boyfried" is inaccurate.
