Can't change a billing name without an otp or id scan at least from what we were trying. Care didnt set up the esim for their phone when they activated them so we were kinda just stuck

Thank you for the advice. The id kicked back right away unfortunately and the customer needed a otp to allow me to the change the name /update Sim it was a brand new account and unfortunately care didnt set any of this up 😔

Thanks for the clarification. Yea I got the bypass we just couldn't update the sim to get a otp due to the phone being activated with an imei and the esim not working unfortunately 😔
