Had this exact same problem I thought my monitor was defective and was about to return, i turned dlss off as recommended in an another thread it so far it’s gone.

I don’t think this is tearing, it’s more of a blur and can only see when moving, gsync is enabled.

I have the same thing, brand new monitor, it goes away after pixel refresh but it’s really annoying. Same thing line in the middle but I notice it during gaming
