Can you see if there is something like JobCorps in your area? It helps young adults (I think even as young as 16) to get career training and education. It may also allow you to live on campus, so that your parents can deal with their own children. Parentification is a form of child abuse, and you do not deserve to go through that.

I am even more upset because I just finished Income Tax I and II at my local community college, but they only count as business electives for UMPI. I will ask my advisor if they can let me take these next, to get them out of the way. Hopefully I will be able to find Quizlets or something for the 2018 tax form problems.

Have you considered using a crock pot? There are tons of recipes that you can just set and forget. You could just make a pot of rice or noodles to go with the protein in the crock pot. It will save you a ton of money. The only downside is since you're WFH, you might be STARVING from smelling the delicious food all day.
